Your ticket gives you  a map to the homes on this self-guided tour, and provides access to our tea room, with refreshments, entertainment, Santa, a raffle and a wine pull. Note: If you buy online, you must pick up your tickets the day of the event at our tea room, in Arbor Village behind Flags With A Flair, at 10651 Los Alamitos Blvd. They will not be mailed to you.You may also buy tickets the day of the event at the tea room.
